We take great care to accurately represent our products through descriptions and images. However, slight variations in colour, texture, or finish may occur due to screen settings or the natural characteristics of materials like bouclé fabric. Product dimensions are provided for guidance; we recommend you verify the fit for your space.
Please Note: Certain items, due to their nature, are marked as final sale or made-to-order and cannot be returned unless faulty. This includes, but is not limited to, Bathroom furniture and accessories (for hygiene reasons) and any customised products.
4. Orders & Payment Terms

- Standard Shipping: £12.95 flat fee via DHL or FedEx. Estimated delivery: 10-15 business days after dispatch.
- Free Shipping: Available on orders over £50 via EMS. Estimated delivery: 15-25 business days after dispatch.
Delivery times are estimates. While we partner with reliable carriers, delays in customs or transit are beyond our control. You are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address.
6. Returns, Exchanges & Refunds

- Return Window: 15 days from the date you receive your order.
- Condition: Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags and accessories.
