  • Exchanges: We happily facilitate exchanges for a different size, colour, or item. Please note that exchange availability is subject to stock.
  • Shipping Costs: The original shipping fee is non-refundable. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

Step-by-Step Return or Exchange Process

Step 1: Initiate Your Request

Step 2: Receive Instructions & Return Authorization

Our team will respond within 2 business days with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number and detailed instructions for packaging and shipping the item back to our Inverness warehouse.

Step 3: Ship Your Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories and documentation. Affix the provided return label (if one is issued for a faulty item) or use a tracked courier service of your choice. Please ensure the RMA number is clearly visible on the package.

Step 4: Confirmation & Refund/Exchange

Items That Cannot Be Returned

To ensure the safety and hygiene of all our customers, and due to the bespoke or intimate nature of certain products, the following items from our collections are non-returnable unless they arrive faulty or damaged:

  • Bathroom furniture and accessories (for hygiene reasons).
  • Any made-to-order, customised, or final sale items (these will be clearly marked at the point of purchase).

Please inspect all items, especially Bed Frames, Cabinets, Bookcases, and Bedside Tables, upon delivery. Report any transit damage within 48 hours to qualify for a replacement or repair.
